This is the Alton Bridge crossing the Hickory Creek near Denton. This bridge was used up until the early 2000s, when a new modern bridge was built.
In Decatur, there is an odd house. It is called the Waggoner mansion, named after the cattle baron who was an early settler of the area. The house is surrounded by a fence and "No Trespassing" signs.
The Baker Hotel was a truly opulent hotel back in its prime. Now it is just a large empty building looming over the town of Mineral Wells.

Depending where you look, some people say the St. Olaf's chapel is haunted. It is a spectacular old church outside of Cranfills Gap that is still used today as a place of worship.
